CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments that are canceled within 24 hrs of the day of scheduled time will result in 100% charge of the service fee. Reminders are sent out to both phone and emails that are saved on file. Please click the link when received to confirm or cancel. Makeup Cancellation Policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book all makeup appointments and is applied to the service balance. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the $100 deposit being retained; the remaining service balance will not be charged. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit.
